Other songs which have piano/trumpet solos but could potentially work...
Butterflies and Hurricanes (piano solo)
City of Delusion (trumpet solo)

These songs have interesting and moving parts for the guitars and drums, and the vocals are nice and challenging. The best part to me though are the parts where the drums and guitars fill together in unison, like in Darkshines or Butterflies and Hurricanes.
