Questions about : Hysteria and RB1 DLC

i just bought a Rock Band 2 software and i have few questions :
- Can we use RB1 DLC on Rock Band 2 ? And if it is possible,
must we use the Export Key ?
-I use a french PSN account, and i didn't find Hysteria (Muse) in
the available DLC tracks. Is it normal ?

The DLC that came with the European release of Rock Band has to be exported with the export key like the rest of the Rock Band tracks to be used in Rock Band 2.

The bonus tracks with RB1 cannot be bought in the European PSN store (Meaning Monsoon is completely unobtainable for play in RB2 unless you have an American copy of the game and use the American store).

Yes, all DLC is cross-compatible between Rock Band 1 and 2. If you wish to play your Rock Band 1 songs *in* Rock Band 2 then you will need to use the export key.

I thought hysteria was an European bonuses.
