One question

I have a 360 but not xbox live. If there any other way to get downloadable content other than xbox live? I missed out on all the extras of guitar hero II and other games like oblivion which seem to only offer extras/mods/plugins/patches etc...on xbox live.

you have to have xbox live gold I think

No, you don't need to have Gold to get DLC...the only thing Gold really does is enable you to play online and a couple other things. The standard Live package that is free enables you to download content, all you need is the internet connection.

Well, some downloads, as I've noticed, require Gold, but most you can download with Silver. I don't have gold, but im starting to save money for it for when i get Rock Band
