All of them have to agree and sabbath is not easy licensing out they're songs only the live stuff from various reunions is on itunes.

Honestly, I didn't know Ronnie James Dio was the singer of Black Sabbath at some point, but I think we all know when we think Black Sabbath we think Ozzy and Iron Man.

I think Iommi has rights to the song and the trademark as of right now, but Ozzy wants 50% ownership, then he wants full ownership distributed equally to the four original members.
