I think he's just trying to emulate the style of The Doors, not a specific song, like how "I'll Sue Ya" is like Rage Against The Machine. But this is awesome, I saw Weird Al 6 years ago on the Poodle Hat tour, and it was phenomenal. I can't wait to hear the other songs coming out over the next few weeks.

Just because it's a style parody doesn't mean that it doesn't incorporate elements of songs by that band.

Case in point, the song "Germs", which is a style parody of NIN that directly references "Terrible Lie" and "Closer".
