You need something with a dragon. Dragons are cool. At least I think so. Have you seen the Todd McFarlane Dragons figures? I heart those. Buy one and put it in her room. It would totally go with the castle theme.

Well, how about making her a CD? It takes ages to work out the exact maximum amount of tracks you can fit on it, you have to think about the transitions between tracks, the balance of loud/soft tracks, you don't have to know she definitely likes the band, it can just be songs that remind you of her. It's romantic, so you'll get brownie points, she likes rock music (AND you could record yourself farting at the end of the CD if you want to make her laugh).
Maybe i think too much about how to make a perfect CD compilation :o

It appears as if you are going above and beyond what is expected of you and that's great. I don't really have any suggestions on what commodities you could surprise her with other than a sappy card, but that's just me. Judging by what you told everyone in the OP, she may not be into the corny stuff.

I don't think a mix CD is a good idea, since anything good I could come up with to give her, she'd probably already have heard. She has a vastly superior knowledge of music. Good thing, too.

I suppose I'm done trying to come up with a surprise gift for now. Any surprise I could come up with here would likely be spoiled anyway.
