I've been playin RB on my friend's Xbox and loved it so I'm going to get my own Xbox. I know I can transfer all my profile info and saved games and such, but will my DLC transfer or do I have to redownload all of it for every game?

It will transfer via a memory card, but you will still need to "authenticate" it by being connected to xbox live.
