Customer support wouldn't support me!!

I preordered the PS3 version of Rock band and I recieved it via media mail later than most people recieved theirs possibly my mail mans fault not sure, but when i opened the box it was the X-box version :mad: I sent 3 emails to customer support about the issue and never recieved one email back has anybody else had this problem? I finally got sick of looking at the box and sold it on ebay.

You should have called them and/or used their support website that does have options for dealing with receiving gear for the wrong platform or you should have returned it to whoever you bought it from. Lots of options.
