How long did it take till you got a conformation email?

I sent my guitar in last Monday, the 3rd. And still, nothing. Any clues? I mean, I know their busy, but it's now been almost a week and no email yet seems odd.

I never received a confirmation email from EA. I ordered on a Monday, it shipped on Friday and arrived the following Monday. The only indication of progress the whole time was when UPS's tracking indicated it shipped on that Friday. The status of my order on EA's customer service page still just says "Label Printed." EA customer service totally sucks.

I've actually got 2 replacement guitars (first replacement had a broken Overdrive sensor and amazingly loud clacky fret buttons)...one took 9 days to arrive, the other just two. But I've never received any emails from EA.
