Headset for PS3

Hey all, quick question.

I had assumed there was no headset/chat for the PS3 version of the game. Is that correct? I just read in a different thread something about a rumored bluetooth headset?

Nope. No Chat option for PS3 at the moment, everything else you hear or read is as you said only rummors.

hell no, and you can't even use the mic from the ps eye, wtf!? It's USB dammit!

I think I heard that any USB microphone would work from whatever Podcast I was listening to/watching at the time. Is that true (not counting the PSEye)? Or can you only use the Rock Band mic? I thought this was supposed to be "an open platform?"
