How long do replacement parts take to arrive?

On Dec 1, RB finally arrived. I play two songs and halfway through my second song on drums..they stopped working. The light doesnt come on on the drums. I did the ea warranty exchange and allowed them to put 125 on my credit card. Well it has been over a week and the drums (according to UPS) still have not shipped..

Any ideas??? Did this happen to anyone else??

it seems completely random and its not based on when you ordered it. because i ordered mine on 11/30 and i got it on 12/4 with express shipping. i was happy with that but there are people that ordered it way before that who still havent gotten theirs.

I ordered my hub replacement on the 21st...last monday after 8 phone calls they told me they ahve to start a new ticket...it got lost??? still no ups update...how ******ed are they?
