Shipping Back a Broken Guitar

I received a guitar replacement in the mail the other day (arrived broken as well), and need to pack my original one up to send to Harmonix. I have two questions....

1.) The inner box they sent to return the guitar is too small! I can't fit it in there with the neck attached. What have people been doing here?

2.) They sent an extra strap / wireless dongle with my replacement. Do I need to return them? The instructions state to return the guitar ONLY, but I don't want to get charged for not returning everything as expected.

Just send back one each of everything they sent to you.
If the new dongle works well with the new guitar, send back the old one.

All I saw at the tech support forum was a way to unscrew the back of the neck and remove it that way. I don't think I want to go taking a screwdriver to the thing...

i just packed mine up, the little sheet that was sent said just wrap the guitar in the bubble wrap, then put it in the inner box bottom first. The neck will stick out a little. Then just place the inner box inside the outer box and secure it with the cardboard & foam pieces to keep it secure.

make sure you put the Ship to EA Packing list in the box as well as turn around the UPS label to make sure the Ship to EA is showing.
