can anyone tell if if you can switch the drums to left handed ????

Unless you find some pimp way to turn them backwards and play, I don't think there is a way. Just play it like it is, and eventually, you will be good enough at it. Believe me, it takes time, and it takes patience, but you will get it.

Just hit pause from the drum controller, there is a lefty flip option.

There is a left flip for the drums. I think it makes Red - Crash, Yellow - Tom, blue - Hi-Hat, and Green - Snare... don't quote me on this because I haven't done it.

To access this, anytime in game just press start, and select Lefty Flip (switch?).

I am pretty sure that there is a "Left Flip" for the drums as well. I am not quite sure exactly what it does, but it is worth a shot.

This is correct... Hit Start to pause the game and select the Lefty Flip option.

This inverts all Red and Green pads, as well as switching Yellow pads with Blue pads. And vice versa.

The colors don't flip on screen like they do with guitar, the notes just show up on the other colors.

For example: A normal R/R/R/R+Y beat will show up as G/G/G/G+B

The kick pedal doesn't get lefty flipped... unless you switch legs. :)
