Everytime I try to take a photo of my band it only takes a picture of one person. Please help.

Do you only have one character in your band? (does not include stand-ins, they are different)

I only have one that I play, but I created the rest. What do you mean by "Stand-ins"?

go to your band profile in "World Tour". Then go to "Edit Band Members" or something like that. There you can edit your band roster. (by adding official members or stand-ins which are not really members, just the characters you see "standing in" place of your band members when they are absent.)

I think I know what you're talking about.
Make sure you assign a character to every instrument in the band. (example: If you're the guitarist, connect your drum instrument and "sign" into your band with a different character than your guitarist. Make sure you go into the band editing options and include this drummer as the OFFICIAL drummer, not the stand-in.)
Do this for every instrument with a different character, and when you go onto the Rock Band website it will list all of your characters as official bandmates; meaning, your pictures will include all 4 rockers.
Its really simple - just make sure you look into the Band Options (or whatever its called) to check if your characters are labeled as members of the band and NOT stand-ins.

Do i need to delete them from the Stand in list? I made all my Stand ins offical band members but it still only shows the one guy for the Merch Booth.

You don't have to remove them from the Stand-In list.

Still nothing but i guess i can try some other things when i get home. I see that above, you should sign everyone in under the instrument that they play so i will try that out.

Simply select the character you want to add to the band.
Go to Band Profile on the main Tour screen.
Go to the Band Members box (besides the Stand-In box)
Select the name of the character
Select Add To Band.
A dialog box will come up and ask you if you want to do this. Select yes and they will be a 'permanent' part of the band (though you can kick them out later if you want to by using the same process of steps).
Hope that helps.
