I'm gonna be getting one of the official guitar for band 2 and i read it takes 4 batteries so I was wondering do they make a chargeable battery pack or something? If so where can I get one.
Also can you play Bass on it too?
Sorry I'm a little new to it all.

1) No, but you could just buy normal rechargable batteries.
2) Yes. You don't need one that's designed as a bass to play bass. That would stop a lot of people from playing.

I have rechargeable 2500 maH NiMH batteries which work fine in my Wii remotes, but not in the RB2 guitar for some reason.

Agree with 1st responder. Get some rechargables. I personally recommend the Sanyo Eneloop. Hold an idle charge for longer than most & I get close to the same life out of them in something like a Wiimote or RB guitar that I do w/ alkalines. Eneloops DO work with my RB1 guitar.
However, the stock batteries that came with my RB guitar lasted a very long time on their own. The guitar will also power itself down after a couple mintues of non use to help conserve your batteries.

My RB2 guitars for Wii only require 3 AA batteries; recharge-ables work fine.
(Some rechargeable batteries are just a scooch larger than alkalines; they
can be made to work by sliding them in the + direction.)
