There are a few options on EBay (search for 'rock band drum pedal'). I can't vouch for their effectiveness, but you can get pedal replacements for not a whole lot more, Roadie, Blockhead a search here should point you in the right direction.

Look for posts by davidshek, he's shared a lot of good information.
