Upper Part of Guitar Not Clicking in...

I haven't seen anyone else post about this but the piece of plastic that clicks on to the guitar does not fit in properly and does not make it all the way in. I dont know if this is covered in the warranty as it is not shown in the options. Also, the guitar strummer works but I have to strum all the way down. If I don't , it is unreliable in fast sequences or when I' m lazy:rolleyes: Since it does not work fully, the warranty should apply. Any help would be grateful.

keep pushing on the head peice it will click in its got to get past two little metal clips, I know this because I just took apart my whole strat.

Well, ok that worked :) lol.... Anyways, my guitar is still not 100 percent sensitive to when I strum. Do you think they will accept it back if its only a little defected? ty

I would send it back... it should work flawlessly or not at all in my book. Be patient with the customer support though... otherwise you'll go nuts.
