Problem redownloading songs

Recently, i had to reformat my hdd because another game's data was corrupt. I've since downloaded the packs i had and a couple songs, but after the last song it told me "unable to retrieve data from xbl" or something to that effect and now it's prompting me to rebuy the songs, even though im getting them from my download history tab...
