My guitar sh*t the bucket last week after only 2 weeks of use (strum bar error). After seeing all the crap in this forum, I was expecting a horrible process to get it replaced.

Much to my surprise and satisfaction, I was able to get my issue diagnosed online and an RMA in minutes. 2 days later, the guitar shows up, and bam, I'm back in business.

So, I just wanted to say thanks, I am glad to see Harmonix is really on the ball with this; great game and great experience.

Man that is great. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my replacement guitar.

I got my guitar in 4 days and my drums in 5 days. Fill out the web site to my door. CAN'T BEAT THAT.

I'm sitting on 2 weeks and no guitar as well as no email of a free game. I've been very calm on this whole thing but I'm going to rip someone a new ******* tomorrow when I get off of work, this is goddamned ridiculous!!! Also, on a side note. I don't know why, but I think it has something to do with my troubles for some reason but if I see one more thread with the word Canada in it, I'm gonna snap! I'm so tired of hearing of the Canadian troubles, seriously. I think they need a whole new section on this board.

***Disclaimer*** This is in no way meant to be degrading to the fine citizens of Canada. I just needed to vent. Thanks for your understanding in this matter :D

i'll also mention that when i ordered my replacement guitar it was there literally 2 days later. no problems, new guitar works great so far.

I submitted my RMA 11/24.
I haven't had a guitar ship to me yet.
I have had three separate RMA's because each of the prior ones got screwed up.

While I am happy that you got your replacement in two days, i am running out of ways to describe how I feel about the way I have been treated.
