Its pretty sh*tty when I can buy Transformers in HD with 5.1 sound for 480MSP and it costs 440 MSP for 3 songs at the reduced bundle price. That just seems a little high to me. Just thought I'd put in my two cents.

Not just 3 songs. 3 game levels. $5.50 is slightly steep for 3 game levels, but not huge compared to some $20 expansions with 5 game levels.
Licensed song
Performance costs (if it's a cover)
Custom character animations (if any)
13 hand-made note charts
Lighting cues programming
Loading screen
Play testing
Content delivery bandwidth

Don't complain man I think that's a steller price. Here in Canada the DLC 3 pack works out to $6.28 which is a bit steep so yeah....

Add in that you'd probably watch Transformers once or twice, and thats it. These songs will be played over and over.

You guys make a good point. A lot does go into these songs, but think about it... after you get tired of the game songs your going to be pouring more money into the DLC. Also, it wouldn't be so bad if everything worked perfectly and their were no problems with the instruments. I feel like they are just milking us... cheap instruments, high prices for songs... maybe I'm just cheap.

I wouldn't call you cheap, just that you care about what you're buying. The $2 price is a bit high for me to casually throw my money around on random songs. If I'm going to pay that price, it will be for songs I like, songs I think my friends will like, and songs that I feel like I'll play a lot. Which is why I've only purchased 4 so far.

Or $7.39 on PS3 and $3.40 for individual song.
