i just got my RMA on my snapped pedal, did the xpress shipping n all that. how long did it actually take the pedal guys w/ xpress to get there pedal?

i have some people comin over fri from bein away at school to celebrate finals being over. everyones lookin forward to playin this so i'm really hoping it'll actually arrive in two days. what's the prognosis?

Yea, I put my order in on the December 1st (Sat.) around 7pm'ish-8'ish and received my Pedal by Friday! (Dec. 7th) However I also did a replace for my guitar and I received that on Wednesday (Dec. 5th), I'm very pleased with how quick it came. Hope it helps.

5 days from the evening I put in my request 'til lit showed up at my door. :)

Yeah, about 6 days. Oh........all they do is throw the pedal into a cardboard box and ship it. No padding or anything. You know how I know.........I just got my replacement 3 hrs ago and the end of the box was crushed. So I thought, no big deal, should be ok. I open it up, and the damn thing is broke at the end where you attach it to the cross bar. No padding, not even bubble wrap, r u kidding? I immediately contacted them and they will be sending me yet another bass pedal, and I made a suggestion to pack my replacement in something safe so UPS doesn't crush the box again. They said they will be taking up the problem with UPS.

Who's fault is it

UPS or EA

UPS maybe for not being more careful but EA definetly should take most of the blame for not taking the proper precautions when shipping there products.:mad:
