If anyone hasn't already preordered their Beatles Rock Band bundle yet, you can do so for $225 ($25 cheaper than MSRP) at Toys R Us. They currently have a 10% off all video games and accessories promotion. When you apply it to the Beatles Rock Band Special Edition Bundle, you can actually save a decent chunk of change.
The sale is only good through the 4th of July. You also get free shipping. You probably have to pay applicable tax, though.
Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up.

But do you get the three free songs that GS offers?

Nice catch. I still think we'll see some competitive deals/exclusives around the time of launch.

Why $180? There's a 25-dollar difference. I mean, 3 songs are not worth 25 bucks of anyone's money, but considering that these are Beatles songs that may not be available as DLC to people for a while ... well ...
I just wanna know where you get the 180. Are you counting guitar peripherals or something?

Because I could pay either $70 shipped at Amazon and not get 3 songs, or pay $250 at Gamestop and get 3 songs I will probably be able to get later.

Oh ... I see.
Well, I am thinking of what I did. I am getting the bundle. I don't care paying an extra $25 if I'm gonna get 3 free songs.

Do you have to get the bundle to get the free songs or can you just preorder the game itself?

You don't have to order the bundle to get the songs. Gamestop has the offer for the game only as well.

Through July 4, eh? Well, it's a little bit late for me now. Somebody should have told me this earlier!

I'm glad I'm just waiting 'til it comes out to buy the game. Looks like a lot of fuss just to preorder it.
I'm buying ONLY the game too. Unless there's some special Beatles mike thing. Then I might buy the microphone aswell.
