Time to add more insult to injury...
No, an animated Tiger Woods won’t be appearing on an episode of Dexter’s Laboratory. However, the PGA of America is turning to The Cartoon Network to reach the next generation of golf fans.
The PGA of America and Turner Sports will announce Thursday an extension of their agreement to broadcast the PGA Championship through 2019. The agreement will be expanded to include Turner’s Cartoon Network Enterprises (CNE) as the PGA of America’s licensing agent in the youth marketplace.
Turner will continue to broadcast the Thursday and Friday rounds of the PGA Championship and early coverage of the Saturday and Sunday rounds before network television does. The agreement also includes complete coverage of the PGA Grand Slam of Golf and the management of the PGA.com Web site.
While specifics are not yet available, CNE will license products such as shirts and hats at PGA of America events and in retail markets. It also will use PGA.com and other social media, such as Facebook and Twitter, to reach the demographic of ages 9 to 17. Web-site users also could interact with PGA Professionals to receive tips, analysis and feedback. Live-action programming will be directed at young audiences.

I like golf but watching golf has always been boring. Still I'd like to see them do what Prince of Tennis did for Tennis. That show was awesome.

But that looked like the BETTER plan all along.

You didn't read the article, it wasn't about a cartoon about golfing, it's about more live-action programming.

As much as I love Chowder and the Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack (And I FU*KING LOVE FLAPJACK) Cartoon Network can't stay alive on just those two shows.

The one thing I really liked about Cartoon Network was that they had no live-action like Nick did. Now they about about 4 live-action shows and only one of them is decent (mainly just because Andrew WK is hilarious). At least we still have Adult Swim in the late night slot, and a few good shows during the day time (Chowder, Ed Edd and Eddy, and Flapjack)

I just don't know what they are thinking. If you need to find more cartoons to fit a time slot then why did you get rid of Toonami? Kids (and a certain number of adults *ahem*) love action cartoons. What's wrong with playing 5 year old cartoons? And those Canadian cartoons are kinda funny, but they shouldn't be your highlight in primetime shows.

Well i knew Cartoon Network was going downhill when they acquired King Of The Hill. I mean, I like the show and all, But it's not all that funny.

King of the Hill is better than the Simpsons, South Park, and all those other adult shows. It's smart and witty and heart warming, there will never be a show like it.

I take into account the Simpsons' falling state past season 11. Seasons 3-11 of the Simpsons are amazing. But that's it. Not a bad season of King of the Hill, even thought I Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Lucky (SCREW YOU TOM PETTY!) there are no bad seasons.
