I heard on a podcast yesterday that HMX has plans in releasing local regional DLC packs available in Europe, Mexico and even Canada once Rock Band gets released for those regions. So Latin Rockers will pretty much have to create a Latin America location account on PSN and download the content from there. This will not affect the USA DLC. I like that idea so we stop all the freaking whining from anti-latinos Nazis.
