It's such a great thing that I signed up for a replacement guitar on day 1.

Not only did I wait two weeks for a coffin, I still haven't gotten a replacement.

I haven't gotten any email from EA or Rockband.

I check my RMA's, and it still says NEW RMA.

What the hell is going ????

Why are you still waiting for them to contact you? Get on the ball and call them. While you shouldn't have to take control of this, it is obvious that EA isn't going to. Call and don't get off of the phone until you get some realistic answer from them.

I did call them on Tuesday and was told they received it on the 10th and who knows when it will ship out.

Fantastic that they use 2 day shipping and i've waited 3 1/2 weeks with no confirmation email contact at all.

Quite frankly i'm beyond pissed about the situation at this point.

On the phone, I was basically told to call back once a week. I already spent 40 minutes on that one call, I look forward to setting aside an hour next week to go through the same horse****.

For a game I anticipated and wanted to play so badly, you sure have left a sour feeling in my stomach regarding my experiences with getting a replacement for something that was broken before it was even shipped to the store.
