Link to Game not working...

I typed in my console ID and my webcode, and I pressed the "Link to Game" button, this is what came up:

Link to Game — Error

The data you entered seems to be incorrect. Please correct the following errors and try again:

This game code does not have any Rock Band data associated with it. Please try again.

I checked to see If I made any mistakes - I made no mistakes what so ever. What did I do wrong? Does my Wii have to be on wi-fi while I do it? Please help.

you probably do have to be on wi-fi, i'm not sure, i'm on the ps3 lol, but it's a possibility you have to be logged onto the rock central server to do it

I've been having some troubles accessing the "My Profile" portion of RB.com the last few days. It could be related to that.

I didn't have to be on wi-fi to do it. The profiles are down that's most likely why you can't link right now. Try later, or tomorrow or whenever the profiles are working again. ;)

What Profiles? What are "the Profiles"?

you can't see the profile now, because they're not working for some reason.

mine is doing the same an im on xbox bin trying 2 do it 4the past few days yet my boyfrend got his linked strate away bout 2weeks ago i wish rockband wud sort it out :-(
