So... I plugged in the mini-hub. The xbox did not recognize it. I called EA and they sent a new hub. I have the same issue. Anything plugged into it is not recognized. The peripherals work fine in the usb ports on their own. anyone have any suggestions?

Unplug it and plug it back in. That seems to work for me.

Power cord plugged all the way in? If not, you might need to get another replacement.
