Here goes...Pick a song or 3 pack of DLC you would love to play in Rock Band, but would be embarrassed to tell your friends you requested.

Here's mine:

The Cure- Just Like Heaven
Michael Jackson- Beat It
Ritchie Valens- La Bamba

i dont in any way mean this as a flame or whatever...but you cant be embarassed about the music you like...music is the window to the soul if someone thinks less of you for the music you like...just feel bad for how closed minded THEY are! Oh and good song choices by the way!

still pretty embarrassing that you're requesting "Beat It" in a ROCK GAME.

Not because Beat It is a bad song or anything but just because... I mean come on? Beat It? How opposite of rock can you get on in the spectrum?

Well, it does have an Eddie Han Valen riff in it...

Maybe embarrassed is too strong of a word. Maybe "guilty pleasure" songs would be a better title. Kinda like a song you would belt out in a car if it came on the radio, but would never sing in front of your buddies...
See, those three song choices would turn my friends heads because I grew up (and am still mostly) a metalhead so they would never expect that from me!

Hey, some country tracks would be pretty fun to play, definitely good for parties- long as it isn't anything past 1982, it'd all be good.

And hell, I'd play Beat It. Why not.

Jeff from Tarzana loves country, who knew. I don't care what people think of my music choices. I will rock to any genre that sounds good.

True, and you could theoretically get away with Beat It and similar songs from the era. I guess we could call it "pop rock."

Heck, it would make a hilarious $0.99 DLC :D

I'd download it. :D

Any of those. Yes, embarrassing.

Some Everclear.

Oh. Oh. Meatloaf's I would do anything for you.

Hm... "Sweet Transvestite"? No, no, my friends have seen me dress up as Frankie...

Hm... the Dread Zeppelin version of "Immigrant Song"? No, no, my friends hear that blaring out of my office from time to time...

Hm... "Stick It Out" by Frank Zappa? No, even though it has the most creative use of the term "marital aid" in a rock song, coupled with the best swearing in poorly-translated German, it's still something my co-workers and I have sung along to in the middle of the day, so that won't do it.

Ah! I know!

"Papa Loves Mambo" by Perry Como
"I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred
"Super Freak" by Rick James

Edit: forgot "What Is Love" by Haddaway -- but this would require the use of a video camera to verify that the whole band was bobbing their heads in sync.
