My copy is pre-ordered with Amazon who say the European site is not available yet.
Has anyone pre-ordered from Play and received their code ?

Yes, I pre-ordered the bundle from Play and received my code on the 1st. I think they issue their codes monthly; Game is doing the same thing.

Have heard nothing from Amazon so I cancelled my order and ordered at PLAY.
Was going to cancel anyway as I've decided to go for the full bundle... just couldn't resist !
