My Most Wanted (Keep in mind these could be realistic since the bands have been licenced several times now)

OK Computer (Radiohead) - Radioheads music might not end up translating as the most challenging gameplay experience, however this album is just so absolutely beautiful you couldn't help but just get sucked into the emotion of the songs. One of the rare albums that actualy takes me to another world.

Boston (Boston)- The self titled debut album, Boston is what Rock Band is all about. All instruments are well represented here. It's just pure fun plain and simple.

Aftermath (The Rolling Stones)- "Paint it Black", if for no other reason, this song is in need of the solid note chart it deserves. GH3 did an abysmal job of laying out this masterpiece of a song ( one of my favs ever)

Siamese Dream (The Smashing Pumpkins) - The pumpkins sum up everything good musicaly in the early nineties. Some great solos on this album for all the guitarists. Some very epic Band songs here, "Today" being the obvious favourite.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers (Stadium Arcadium) - I was going to pick the obvious album here (blood suger sugar sex magik) but some of the lyrical content wouldn't be the best for a game like this. Plus Stadium Arcadium is more varied and gives huge bang for the buck. Some blazing Guitar and Bass work throughout should keep either guitarist happy. Although some songs could be considered filler, most of these 28 tracks are solid and would offer tons of full band fun.

The Art of Drowning (AFI) - Yes I know this is an odd one to throw in here, and yes AFI was licensed in that "other" game, and yes I realize they have been labeled as emo. However once upon a time AFI was a hardcore punk band. This album is solid from start to finish, very epic, the pinnacle of their career and some absolutely fantastic dark punk music.

What do you think? Keep in mind this is already licenced bands. If you make an album suggestion of your own, follow the theme of the thread, no "Led Zeppelin II" comments for example.

Good suggestions But

Instead of Aftermath put in Skticky fingers by the Rolling Stones it has much better well known songs like Brown Sugar, *****, Can't you hear me knocking and Wild Horses. Plus moonlight mile would be so much fun to sing.

Take out AFI they suck I think we need more Album oriented rock if you want a fun album to play through unless all the songs are good. Maby "Ziggy stardust and the spiders from mars"(David bowie) Or Out of Exile by AudioSlave

I could not agree with you more. "Rock and Roll Band" Should be implemented immediately, considering it shares a name with the game, and is an awesome song to boot. I would download that album in less than a second... but shouldn't this be in the Ultimate Setlist subforum?

I would rather have BloodSexSugarMagic than Stadium Arcadium because even though half the band will be sitting around for the first minute I really want Under the Bridge.

The Who's Quadrophenia, the greatest album of all time.

Personifies everything about Rock Band

4 personalities, 1 band, 4 instruments, 1 game.

C'mon HMX.

And don't edit Dr. Jimmy.

Will not work. The master recording of Paint It Black does not have separate guitar tracks. That is why Neversoft's version was only a one player song.

Harmonix is much too smart to make a stupid mistake like that, unlike Neversoft.

guess i'd say STP-core/solid album

police GH possibly, bon jovi's slippery when wet.

maybe more garbage, and def some more cheap promotional songs (bonus)

other than that, just really waiting to see who they have that they haven't released material from.
