Still Alive

I have the US version of Rock Band: Unplugged (I bought the disc version, for those who think I have this problem because of a pirated copy). I go into the store and I don't see 'Still Alive' by GLADoS. Is it just me, or is there a problem? The PlayStation store site says it's in there, but I can't see it or download it. Not that I want it, but I want to know why it's not accessible.

They took it down because it cost $2 but it was supposed to be free. It'll be back up soon.
