Cannot transfer RB1 Songs to RB2 on PS3

Hi there,

i live in Luxembourg (Europe) and i own RB2 and RB1 for PS3, but in our store i can't seem to find the downloadable key to be able to transfer the songs. Also there is no DLC at all, although the cathegories are all there, they are just simply empty.

So what can i do to get the key and maybe also the DLC. Do i have to create another account? Can i still use my VISA Card if i chose another country?

I'm having a similar problem. I'm in Australia, and my brother bought me RB2 off ebay for me.
The game plays fine, just that PlaystationNetwork won't register ingame, so we can't access the 40+ songs we've downloaded for RB1, or export the songs from RB1 either!

I rang Playstion customer support, but they said as it hasn't been released in Australia (and probably won't be), they can't offer any support for the title yet.

Is there any way to possibly navigate around this, like maybe register a new account on my ps3 as a US account instead of an Australian one?

Any help on this would be Massively appreciated guys

I am living in Luxembourg as well and basically the store is non existent (the country is too small ;)). You can make another account in another country but you need a credit card from that country with an address. Maybe relative/friends can be of any help. Pre-paid cards do not function anymore (to my knowledge) only the psn cards I believe from the states. But then you will have a compatibility issue.

I don't understand what's so difficult about putting that key on "every" Store and not only on a few Countries. It's just a key! I paid for Rock Band, same price as UK or the Germans or French, so i want the same functionality. I have the instruments of Guitar Hero World Tour, which won't function in Rock Band 1, i just want to be able to play the game. This is simply unacceptable.
