For those of you who requested for replacement Guitars, or Drums, and did not use the express (where they have to hold $125), and instead received an empty box, for you to send your set off first...........how long after you sent the product off, did it take for you to get a new one? My boxes for drums and guitar came in today, but im just curious as to how long I can expect to be without them.

well. i got my empty box on nov. 29th. i shipped out my broken guitar on nov. 30th. on dec. 1st, support.ea.com changed my status to 'rma cancelled'. i've been fighting with them ever since and haven't been able to get a straight answer as to what's going on. i know they received my broken guitar on dec. 4th, but nothing's been shipped to me yet.

Wow that sucks ass! well I guess I will give it a shot anyway. My next concern is that I know that the Drum Set and Bass Pedal are 2 seperate RMA's. However with my Empty Drum Box, I put it together and there is a place for a Bass Pedal. Now I Figure one of two things could be going on here. The seperate RMA for the Bass Pedal, is just to make it easier for those who only need a Bass Pedal, and not a whole drum kit, or I will be an idiot and send the whole kit in, and get everything but the Bass Pedal back, because I didnt fill out a seperate RMA for the Bass Pedal. :p But oh well, here goes nothing.
