Drums help

I have the RB1 drums and on my both of my red and green pads one of the rubber bits underneath has come loose. I don't want to take the whole pad off to have a proper look at it because I don't really want to do it wrong and break them. So any ideas? I've attached pictures to show what it looks like. They might be a bit blurry because my hand wasn't very steady when I took them!

The drums still work fine it just rattles a lot when I don't hit the red or green right in the center.

The only way to fix that is to pull the pad off and reattach the feet.

Just be careful when you're pulling the pad off, and you'll be fine. :) Don't go all HULK SMASH on them, just pull gently until the other feet pop out.
