Marth vs. Ike

Fight Scene

As Roy approached Ganondorf's castle, he was weary of the fact that there was no movement. He drew his sword, and herd footsteps behind him. He sword grew flames around it.

As Roy swung his sword backwards Ganondorf jumped out of the way and punched him into the castle wall. The wall crumble from the pressure. Ganondorf walked over, but couldn't find Roy. Roy jumped down from the ceiling and slashed. As Ganondorf went to block it Roy's sword cut his hand off.

Ganondorf picked it back up, and a dark aurora surrounded him. He became a large vicious boar. Roy staggered back, but decided it was now or never. Roy's sword blared flames, he jumped straight towards Ganondorf. Ganondorf opened his large mouth and swallowed Roy whole, slowly digesting him.

In this fight I'm taking Marth because he is overall quicker and just as powerful.

Ike was barely in his Fire Emblem game. At least in the game I played (path of radiance). He showed up at the end. The game revolved around the Silver-Haired Maiden (which I forget her name). So this buy its self automatically gives me reason enough to vote for Marth.

Marth's Fire Emblem may not have had as good of a story, but the game revolved around him (as well as every single person around him dieing) but still he had to survive.

So I'm going with Marth. Even though I prefer using Ike in brawl, and his game was better. Ike just wasn't as significant in my eyes as Marth was.

Well, Ike is mainly from the Game Cube Fire Emblem (can't remember the name). He shows up in the Wii one, yeah, but that's not the game he's really from. In the Game Cube one, Ike is the main character.

In SSB, I would argue Marth is better than Ike. They're actually pretty different, but I prefer Marth.

In terms of the games they're from, Ike is completely ridiculous, and Marth is so-so. But Marth is from the original Fire Emblem, so he gets some cool points for that.

He technically did win the poll. It's just that CF got to 15 votes first.

Although it was close at one point, Kirby ended up winning the poll by a (semi) lot. He didn't dominate, but it still wasn't very close.
