I think they are sold out in most places that is why the user is asking. I would just suggest continuing to try your local retailers and find out which day they receive shipments on.

I live in a small town in Alaska, retailers either not receiving any copies or unknown shipping times, there are only two stores who sell video games, Fred Myer and Walmart. Looking for online locations to purchace the game.

Might need to check again, a few days ago it was going for $300+ on Ebay and Amazon.

It's definately NOT going for 300 on ebay. I've been watching prices since the day it came out. The first day I saw the price go from around 350+ down to a steady ~$200 + $30 shipping for Rock Band. Shipping to Alaska of course would cost more, but I haven't see any go for $300+ on Ebay since the day it came out.

if i were you, i would wait a touch longer before you buy it....from what EA and Hrmx says, they dont offer the warranty up in alaska, only the "48 continuous states" If you wait, you can almost assure yourself of proper working equipment. Just my two cents ^^

According to EA/HMX the warrenty is covered in all 50 states, and I just picked up a copy from Amazon, overnight shipping for $30.
