I have the 360 version and it keeps telling me I need to play a song in order to see my score even tho I have played the song. I am connected to live when I play and it tells me I'm communicating w/ the rock band server on occasion. Any thoughts as to how to fix this?

are you looking at the solo leaderboards or the band leaderboards? also, what instrument? make sure you've played the song with the selected instrument and on the selected play mode (solo/band).

Doesn't work for any of it. I've tried w/ drums/guitar and our band. None of it shows up.

I had the same issue with our band and it ended up that it was just delayed. Same thing also happened with my solo tour, the scores were delayed for a while. Just come back in a while and check it out again.

Also make sure that the leader is signed in with a profile that has an Xbox live account while doing the song.

Is this also the case with Solo tour "Gig score" or whatever it is called.
I just played all the new punk DLC and Black Sabbath DLC and Got like 140k on lots of the songs but my Gig score did not incress at all.

DLC does not increase your gig score. if it did, people who buy the DLC would be unfairly ranked higher on the leaderboards than those who don't buy it.

Does anyone know how your solo/career/tour score actually DOES work? What adds onto it?
I ask, because up until now I hadn't really paid any attention to it until seeing this thread, and so I went back, played a DLC song, and, as some stated, that didn't add to the score. Then I went down to Guitar/Easy which I hadn't actually played yet on the solo tour, tried a song... and that didn't add to the score either. Then I went into Expert and played a song there... that didn't add onto the score. Then I got together with the band, went into BWT, played a set that hadn't previously been played at Expert and 5-starred it... that didn't add onto the score. However, when I created a new band, with a new leader and took it into a gig and played... bam, 83,000+ points added.
Now, I know that I must have been accumulating points before somehow, because I've got millions, but I have no idea what I did to add onto that score. If playing the solo career doesn't add onto the score, and playing at the Expert level on BWT doesn't add onto the score, then what exactly DOES make the score go up? I'm pretty baffled as to the workings of the system at this point.

the way it works is it takes the highest score (regardless of difficulty) you've gotten for a song and uses that. you only get one score per song, so if your medium score is higher than your hard score on a particular song, it'll add the medium score to your total.
