After drumming in Rock Band for over a year, I decided to buy a Roland kit and try the real deal, one month later (now) I did a cover of SOADs Radio/Video
Enjoy.

Any constructive critisism to give? I know my lack of skills show though. :)

Nice. Pretty darn good.
The only thing I can advise (I'm a beginning drummer also) is to turn up the music in your head. Hearing the rest of the band, especially when you're not leading the band along (like you would be if you were playing live with a band) is good at helping you keep the beat better.
Remember, I'm a beginning drummer too, though, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Yeah, I actually did that, I guess the timing will come with practice! You're a beginner as well? Awesome! How long?

You were off on some parts, some parts i don't think you were playing correctly, but overall pretty good.
for future reference, turn down the audio track in the video, so you can hear the drums just a little bit more. and work on your timing. :)

On the disco beat, I forgot the whole hi hat pedal thing! xD
And I was pretty nervous because of the camera and such, I really need to get used to it. Thanks a lot though!

I started drumming last year, I forget when exactly, but definitely last year. I still have a lot to work on, timing, stamina, and I really can't get fast stuff down, some of the older Green Day still trips me up.
But as I said before, awesome job on the video. I can't wait to see more.

I guess a lot of drumming aspects comes with time and practice. Especially timing.

Learn to control your attacks. You were accenting hits that didn't need to be accented and playing generally louder than you should at several sections.
Some mistakes, a handful of tears, a couple rhythms were wrong (namely the syncopated portion). Just keep practicing and getting better.

Thanks for finally giving some clear criticism. Can you be a little more specific on which parts and such, the chorus? Thanks a lot.
