Question about Returning Guitar

I received my guitar about a week and a half ago and so far it works just fine. I checked my bank account yesterday and the pending $100 dollars is no longer there. I then checked my EA customer service account and it says "Cancelled RMA" where it use to say "Parts Shipped".

I'm just wondering if this is the same as everyone else?
or has there been some mistake and i don't have to return my guitar :x
