Question for Canadian Gamers

Hey guys I had a quick question. I didn't reserve a copy of rock band and I was planning on just going to best buy or futureshop on the morning of the 28th. They open at 9 am, do you guys think there will be a long lineup or not many people will show up and how early should I show up? By the way I am in Edmonton. I have a ps3 and xbox 360 so i am not fussy about which system to get the game for.

First of all EB game still says dec 20. go there now and reserve it, then line up on the 28 in advance, very early if you can at either best buy or FS if you missed your opportunity at EB. The 28 for BB and FS is simply that i think they over sold there pre-orders, they must have more coming in dec 28 BUT they will sell out fast.

oh i went to eb and they are full in terms of pre-orders, can't take any more. So my only chance is future shop and best buy.

I think the hype for this game has really increased since the American launch last month. Yeah, anywhere you are in Canada, I would line up early. 3am is probably the latest I'd get there. I'm Canadian, myself, but I got the game across the border. At the Best Buy in Fargo, I waited 9 hours in line! It was a midnight release, and I showed up at 2:30pm just to check things out, and was shocked to see 7 guys in line already. (4 of which had already pre-sold their games on E-Bay, hence why they were there so early.)

No way. No ****ing way. I didn't wait a ****ing month to have Harmonix bail on us again.

Sucks to be you guys, I live in Chilliwack and my parents were in Vegas at the time it came out down there so they got me a copy of it, the only upside to waiting is that they are still fixing the strumbar of the guitar, dust gets in it easily.

the game being delayed again in late january is still just a rumour...theres a stick at the top that does confirm this and if u look through multiple threads on canada delays, ull see that a lot of people have called eb and still have a dec 18 release...even blockbuster has a dec 18 release
