I chose "express" but got an empty box!

Please check the title.
I chose express because I need the guitar asap.
But when I got it yesterday from UPS, there was nothing in the box but air!!!
I checked the Packing List in the box. It said a Playstation 3 Guitar was included. But nothing!!!
I am so pissed off! Are you kidding me EA? What the hell are you doing!!!

I called the EA Customer Service. Honestly speaking, they are nice. They promised to send me another guitar today. But I hope they won't charge me twice by mistake(although they promised XD)! Anyway, I am not that frustrated now.

Did you give them a credit card #? If not, then you got what should have. Empty boxes are for people who didnt give a credit card # or refused to give one. They send you the empty box to return your broken controller and once they get the broken controller they send you the replacement.

The credit card # was necessary for them to send out the replacement to ensure that they can charge you for it if you failed to send back the broken one.....

Sure I did. I called them and they checked my info in their database. As I said on the third floor, they promised to send me another box with a guitar. So I think it's been already solved.

Wow i have heard this happened for a drumset to, EA needs to step up their service. i mean yea they have alot of people requesting stuff but still.
