Hang on. With Balrog, Vega and Bison you have to clarify which character you mean, since there's a mix-up with these three characters between the US and Japanese versions. I assume you mean the boxer character with Balrog?

In the original Japanese version of SF2, M. Bison was the boxer (a parody of Mike Tyson, obviously), Balrog was the guy with the mask and claw, and Vega the final boss.

Because they feared lawsuits about the Bison thing in the US, the names got switched around.

That's why on SF message boards with players from both the US and Japan, the characters are often dubbed 'boxer', 'claw' and 'dictator' to avoid confusion.
