Yesterday Mozzerella and Parmesan destroyed Provolone and Not Cho. Now we have the 2nd batch of matches for round 2.

#3 Cheddar vs. #6 Cream Cheese

Pepper Jack and Cream.

Pepper Jack was easy, but Cream v. Cheddar makes me nervous. They're both so good. I had to give the edge to cheddar because it has so many uses, plus I can eat it straight, unlike cream cheese.
