rb2 wii error 4gb sd card

I just bought a 4gb sd card and I decided that I would use it for more dlc but I get a message saying that the sd card is disabled in the beginnning

I really pis*ed off because I bought the card from gamestop and it says its for the wii

I'm also really mad because I just bought 14,000 wii points and I won't be able to play all my songs on the 4gb sd card

so please somebody help me

Forr Rock Band, your card must be SD, not SDHC (and 4GB SD cards are rare compared to SDHC).

Assuming it is SD, you can get around the problem by putting files on the card until the free space is less than 2GB. Then remove files as you fill up the card with songs, constantly keeping the free space under 2GB.

there is another way if you already have a 2gb card. just DL a song to the 2gb card and then use your PC to transfer all the RB2 content to the 4gb card. then swap the cards after the loading screen and DL more songs onto the 4gb card.

yeah I have 4 sd cards

2 2gb

and 2 4gb
