Country or Rap Band?
Any chance of either of these?
As yellowcard929 mentioned, the Ultimate Setlist forum would be the best place to ask for this.

Oh well sorry he was asking a useless question he wasn't discussing albums

I would like a country band or just country singing game (as long as, like rock band, it had some older songs that I actually knew... How Do I live by Trisha Yearwood/Leann Rimes) but if they made a rapping game I wouldn't buy it. I dislike Sabotage enough, why would I want a game full of songs like it?

I don't like rap either, just was curious.

He could have been discussing albums or another version of Rock Band for the future which would technically be in this forum.

To the opening poster,
I would think Rock Band could be the 'platform' for future DLC for the different types of music, unless you were looking for a fiddle peripheral. :)

^Huskie, what are you doing!? You have ventured to far from the Bunker! It is too dangerous out here! :D

I wouldn't mind seeing some country in RB. Rap would need new peripherals. Just a sampler, a mic, a turntable, and a tech 9

there was a country version of karaoke and seeing as rockbands and country bands have very similair instrumentation it would be very easy to do.

There was a rap game called "get on the mic" i did purchase it and i wasn't happy with the selection and i don't see a way it could be expanded. maybe like black jack johnson or something. anything that uses acoustic instrumentation could be done on the rock band setup. or i guess you could use the guitars like keytars for keyboard parts (which in all honesty they might as well make a usb keyboard and you would really be playing (sorry no ben folds five ) which takes away from the "game" aspect.)

Rock band isn't limited to "rock" per se, but some genres (rap, electro synth pop (no depeche mode either it looks like) are not really friendly to the two guitars and a drum kit set up.

too bad signing and playing is difficult because of the clap and tamborine parts.
