There are some really good Muse songs which I think would be very appropriate for this game:

Exo-Politics
Showbiz
Micro Cuts
Time is Running Out
Stockholm Syndrome
Darkshines

Other songs by Muse which have piano/trumpet solos but could potentially work...
Butterflies and Hurricanes (piano solo)
City of Delusion (trumpet solo)

These songs have interesting and moving parts for the guitars and drums, and the vocals are nice and challenging. The best part to me though are the parts where the drums and guitars fill together in unison, like in Darkshines or Butterflies and Hurricanes. I think any of these songs would be a lot of fun to play and I'd like to eventually see a downloadable pack of at least a few of these.

I still only have Black Holes & Revelations, so I don't know a lot of the songs you're suggesting. I agree with Exo-Politics. And I know Knights of Cydonia was already done in GH3, but I'd love to see it in Rock Band as well. Map of the Problematique sounds like it'd be insane on the drums (I can't tell if it's actual drums or a drum machine, but it's awesome) Assassin would also be fun to play....
