I got my guitar box from ea, and shipped it back out last wk. i checked back on the ups site and used the tracking number, and it justs says deliverd to my address. on 11/30. Does this mean ups has not even sent my package out to ea yet.

No, that means you're looking at the wrong Tracking number. The return shipment to EA uses a different tracking number than the one they used to send the box to you originally.

When you folded the return shipping label to show EA's address as the recipient, you should've written down the new tracking number that was displayed on that side of the label. The only way to know now if they got it yet is to call EA.

If you log in to support.ea.com and look at the status of your return, if it says "complete" it means they received your guitar back.

I sent out my old guitar on the 10th. On the EA support site it says that my RMA status was changed to complete on the 12.

This is really weird. I literally have the same exact problem with the shipping number on the same exact day. I thought it was a UPS problem but evidently its not. What should I do?
