Best Third Party Guitar?

I love the look of the new Rock Band guitar. However, I absolutely hate the strum bar. It's nice that it's quiet and all, but I just can't do fast picking sections with it (especially since strumming down on it only works half the time).

So, I'd like to get a new guitar, one with a nice strum bar like the Guitar Hero models, but that looks a lot better. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best third party guitar controller for an Xbox 360?

If your down strum doesn't work I'd suggest you get it replaced for starters.

And this is going to sound asinine but I've put some rubber bands on the inside of my Strat to super-tighten up the strum and it plays like a completely different instrument. Ha ha, in-strum-ent.
