Endless Set List Question: Fans

Hey all,

I am making my attempt tonight to become a Platinum Vocalist along with my bandmates going for their platinum on Lead and Gold on Drums. Our Bassist, however, isn't quite ready for that yet.

So, my question is this: Our Bassist is only on Medium, sometimes hard. If he stays there, will we get the Fan reward for beating the Endless Setlist or will it be kept at the hard cap of 500,000?

You get fans only as high as your lowest member allows. That is, if one person is on medium, the band is capped at 260k. If you perform well, you won't lose any, but you aren't gaining any either.

If you would be so kind as to answer a question though, if I play on the same gamertag with Expert guitar and Medium vocals, would I unlock Platinum artist, or Vinyl?

I assume the same restriction for fans is also in place for achievements--if you want the platinum achievement, then all bandmates must be at Expert. It makes a "Platinum Artist" that much more impressive.

Just to confirm, to get platinum, all members of your bands must be on Expert.

Edit: Further, the fan caps also go to your lowest skill level. So no matter how many people are on expert, if your bassist is on medium, you will be affected by the Medium fan cap.

Shoom I've played the Setlist twice! Due to no one having the knowledge at the point in time.

3x Expert 1x Medium vocals -_-!!


Then ended up doing with 2x expert guitar. for platinum.
