Drum Pads Replacement - NO PEDAL?

Hey, all. I received a replacement for my drum kit that came with everything except the pedal, it seems. The box read "Drums", and not "Drum Kit" like the original (I think it said Drum Kit).

Also, the drumsticks that came with the replacement seem to be of much lower quality (as if the wood used were weaker), and doesn't have the "Rock Band" or Ludwig logos, so I sent the new drumsticks back (in their plastic bag).

But I was wondering if people who have asked for drum replacements, whether they get the whole thing or just the drum pads, and drum pad assembly (tubes, etc.).

By the way, this replacement is PERFECT... the lightest touch on the pads is registered, as opposed to the original I'm sending back, which wouldn't register unless you hit the pads quite hard.

Anyway, just curious as to the absence of the pedal.

Don't you have to do an entirely different return when it comes with the pedal? For example, if your drums pads are faulty, you just send those back and not your pedal (and vice versa).

Was your entire set faulty? Or just your pads? If it was just your pads, you could've (and should've) kept your pedal while the pads went out for return.

My problem was just with the pads; what's strange is that EVERYTHING ELSE is in the box, except the pedal. And if a different procedure applied for the pedal, then the same would go for the drumsticks, which is another option in the support website.

Plus, the instructions inside the box mention the pedal, as well, and how you're supposed to place it in the box.

I kept my pedal and sent only what actually came in the box.

But I'm worried about the warranty money held, since not only did the instructions mention the pedal, but the packing slip that you're supposed to send back says "Drum KIT", and not just "DRUMS", and it seemed to have a different model number in the packin slip than the one that was in the box. I wrote down some notes regarding this in the return packing slip, but it still keeps me worried.

I received my replacement drums today and did not get a pedal. I sent a question to ea support for clarification. I am also worried about the warranty replacement charge.

However, the replacement kit works great! 4X multipliers now last longer than 3 beats.

just recieved my new drumkit. No pedal. But the drums are ALOT better. popping them off they look exactly the same as my previous drums. Just did the first 4 tiers on drum career easy (new to this)

Before you couldnt even finish the drum advanced tutorial because keeping a beat line was impossible.

I did notice that on fast sections, around the 8th note or so would still drop out on me, I dont know if its my skill with the drums or the game. I'll have to get my drummer friend to try and it and see its consistant for him. Drumrolls are now possible. They weren't before. We'll see how long it holds up.

Also these pads are super sensitive, but I noticed that if I hit the red HARD it sometimes doesn't register. Still 100x better than the initial set.
